I think she has gone to the appointment to talk about how she feels insignificant when she starts threads and other people start talking about whatever pops into their heads. I hope she gets the help she needs.

Depends on if you get along with them or not. I stopped going to mine. I am changing to Kaiser in a month and I need time before then to figure out things for myself rather than have somone tell me how to figure them out.

 

Aha, it was personal stuff, to try and find better ways to deal with my winter depression when it comes again, and I was also having some relationship problems. But, I'm feeling way less stressed, much happier, and all around better for hte last couple weeks. I'd feel like I'm wasting his time. I'll probably start seeing him every couple weeks once school starts up again so that I have good strategies to stop myself from getting so outrageously depressed again.

Free = good
Abusing free things = free things disappearing, at least around here they tend to. It's silly.
