im growing 2 plants already which germinated from quality seeds in 48 hours 3 1/2 weeks ago. now im trying to germinate seeds from the same package and its been 6 days and theire not germinating. ive kept them in a freezer just like a book said and i put them in kitchen towel as i done before, does that mean that some take longer or do u reckon theire crap.
Last seeds I had some took one day the last one took ten days. Increasing the temp helped the last couple sprout. Are you doing exactly the same thing as you did the first time? If you put them in a freezer it may take longer for them to warm up.
I sometimes get bonus seeds from seed companies,and a lot of times they are bogus....I ordered some seeds from reeferman seeds(cash of course) they sent me excelllent seed,but the bonus pack 2 out of 6 germinated...the other 4 I threw away after about 2 weeks...
Same with my free seeds from the Seedboutique. My Ice seeds 10/10 germinated. But the free Durban seeds only 1/10 germinated. Can only assume they are old unsold or recalled stock. But as there free can't really complain.
