so what actually happens if you fail?

so what happens if you fail a drug test? do you get arrested or is it just a fine or what? they cant get you for possesion or anything right?

 

this is completely consequencial. if it is a court order, then yes you can get arrested as those are issued as a condition of probation.

 

This has happened to my friend. He was on houst arrest or diversion and he failed one. He had to go to rehab.

 

what if someones not on probation or anything and has neverbeen arrested and they fail, like for getting a job and they get tested and fail, then what happens to them?

 

I believe they just dont get the job.

 

If you fail a drug test for a job, they just don't give you the job. I don't think they will even tell your parents or anything.

 

Man it must suck somethin sore for you guys havin to get drug tested for a job if i went to an interview here and the guy said i had to get a drug test unless it was paying a hell of alot of money i'd be givin the guy a mouthfull lol but sometimes im just too cheeky lol.

my bestfriends well ex best friend (long story with that) parents are making her get a drug test yet they were fine with the fact that she tried it so why would they insist on the test and i know it is going to come back positive so im scared for her...what if her parents do something they have never done before to her because i know them and i know how mad they will get

I feel sorry for the game of twister.

 

The only time Ive worn underwear in the last 2 years was 4 day last june... and it was tighty whiteys. Tighty whiteys are the only thing that will keep me from getting what i call "BonnaRash". Which is an inner thigh rash caused by walking many miles in the hot Tennessee sun at bonnaroo. They saved me a lot of discomfort. I remember in '06 i had no underwear with me and my thighs were scabbed up bad because of bonnarash.

On the subject of the thread. as stated, if you fail a drug test for a job they can tell no one and take no legal actions against you. But i just want to point out that just because you fail the test for marijuana it doesn't necessarily mean you will not get the job. I know that TopNotchStoner has gotten 2 jobs where he failed the piss test for marijuana.
