I am new to this and need a few questions answered. I have 5 plants ready to flower now at about 36'' tall. The lite can't get to the lower tips cause of the bigger leaver, some are bigger than my hand. Should I clip these leaves or is it best to leave them. Also is it better or faster to grow from seeds or clones?

Never remove healthy leaves, manipulate them out of the way with twine ect and remove the lower branches getting little light so plant concentrates on upper flower developement.

For decent yield plants need to be sexually mature. From seed this takes approx. 5 weeks.

Clones from mature donors however are ready to flower as soon as they're rooted (which takes about 2 weeks).
Additional advantages of growing from clones is:
-You know what you're gonna get. If you have a favorite strain you can grow it forever.
    -no space wasted on males.
