first of all i dont succomb easily to stab wounds imurria...secondly...they are soooo good.....

 

I've found gummy worms are best when you're drunk...or when they're covered in chocolate mousse...or pudding. Heck yes, dirt and worms (anyone ever have that? Or even have any idea what I'm talking about?)

Ewww, gummy worms! I never did like any of those gummy candies. But I've got this recipe that you make chocolate cupcakes, ice them with chocolate icing, then sprinkle crushed chocolate cookie crumbs on top and poke a gummy worm through the center of it so that it's sticking out, like it's coming up out of the dirt. You can also take chocolate pudding, put it in a cup, and sprinkle crushed chocolate cookies on top and stick a gummy worn in that.

With kids, presentation is everything. The crazier the better.

Anyway. Your gummy worms made me think of that.

Yes, hippychickmommy, you know exactly what I'm talking about! I guess there are many variations of dirt and worms...I'm not a huge fan of gummies, but I do like the worms sometimes.

i like slow food. fast food is just too hard to catch. gummy worms are just about my speed. i had a gummy rat once. almost life size except it was kida flat, like as if it was road kill or something. i actualy bought it in a store. they had these up in portland oregon when i was up there. well i came back down here in 87 so it was between 81 and 87 when i was up there. anyway i carried this thing arround in my pocket for a couple of weeks before i (opened the package and) started eating on it. i nebbled it's head off first. then it's little feet.
