i was eaten alive by the goddamn mosquitos

at the lake yesterday i was taking my new dog for a walk on the nature trail and i was wearing a tank top like a dumbass. now i have about a million mosquito bites everywhere. its not pleasant/

 

ack.. i've noticed them out lately..


damn west nile virus is still in this area too

 

i know! there have been some cases around here lately too. im scared!

and we have had a super long, wet winter this year. so everyone is being told to really look out this summer for the mosquitos. im scared that west nile is just going to plague this whole country

 

some animals around here have gotten it this year.. but i haven't heard of any cases of humans getting it yet.. this year


mosquitos suck anyways

 

Mosquitos piss me off. They don't do anything productive.

Considering I work full time, and am getting a second full time job. What do you do? Oh, nothing, I forgot.

west nile only kills the weak like children or the elderly

but i still am hating these mosquito bites.

 

well i have 3 kids... and my grandma is.. well.. she's not gonna be here for much longer

i was just jokin around, im sure your kids are safe

 

yeah.. we're a healthy bunch.. grandma is just old.. she had a stroke a few years back thats made her weak and dependent on others for help

 

that is heartbreaking. im going through the same thing with my dad, he is getting pretty old and slipping further and further away. there is nothing you can do for them but love them till the end.

 

yep.. grandma is a great ol'gal.. my kids love her to pieces.. "grandma grandma"

that would indeed be a predicament...

 

i'm compassionate .. love all creatures of this world.. but if i see a mosquito.. it gets smashed.. hopefully not to be reincarnated as another mosquito
