1*For having to much sun when the skin is red-Take a shower and when its bedtime take vinegar,a lot on the body.First it will feel not so good and not smell so good.After a couple of minutes its heavenly.When you wake the skin is almost in good shape again for more sun.(also when good when kids had have to much sun) 2*To make your own sun creme mix olivoil and a little lemon(only for people use to hard sun) 3*When you have a ordination on cortison or prednisolon for your skin.And you think had enough(of this not so good meds for your skeleton)-Its hard work to do this but it feels good.-Do that you should not do take long bathes in the tub,and a lot of showers and take the grisiest creme you can find without parfym and almost bathe in that to.After a couple of weeks you will find a big diffrent your skin is smooth again.Keep on....very hard but go on. 4*For woman when it feels not so good when you pee-take a lot of parsil and cook it with much water and drink it as tea.If this not enough after a week seek doctor. Some advices from sweden and some spanish ancient time med.
This is an awful piece of advice. Not only it won't protect your skin from the sun but also will burn you quickly, literally will fry you.

More advices..... Im not advocating just give ideas for peps really used TO sun.Not all want to work in the sun without skin protection,the same thing as just want to be in strong sun,sunbathing.As wanting to be real braun with help also of........advices about burnt skin. 1)Dont drink milk coffe or tea or acid neutralized meds for the stomac direct after taken Vitamin "iron"(cant your productnames)beacuse it neutralize it and take it away. 2)And B12 also"iron" needs (folacin folsyra)....much in fish( to give effect). And your old Nasa food have nearly everything you can need in vitamines-minerals/day Called Meritene in Europe.Its in chocolat or vanilla powder form. And it gives you a cure hair brain body soul. 3)Drink a lot non alholic drinks every day.You get use to it and it will be easier to drink a lot.But with SOME health problem doctors order.If your body cant get in its own way get the water out.In Extramly heat eat a little spoon of ocean salt in the morning with A lot of water
