Okay, I work as a phone psychic off Keen, which means I set my own price. Well, I do have a good ability to read situations and predict things, so I do it. I also like helping people out. I set my price at .76 per minute, which means I make .30 on the minute, which is pretty good. (Most dispatch places charge people $3.99+ and pay the reader .07 to .25, hardly a decent wage when calls are low.) Well, most people claiming to be "psychics" on Keen are charing between 4.99 and 6.99! This makes me SO mad to see people scammed when you can make a living wage on .30 per minute. I really try to give people honest answers and if I don't see something, I don't jerk them around. I KNOW these people are scammers and are why people with unique abilities are all suspected to be fakes. Does anyone else get irritated at this?
Proof you don't need high per minute costs to make a living: I made $12.31 in one hour. These people are SO greedy and gross.

i think 99.9% of new age stuff is purely entertaining even sucesful holistic healing is like a mere distraction that allows the body to mend itself temporarily before it falls apart again unless it pays more money(green life force lol) for more of something that would not be as efficient as the other .01% of stuff the .01% of course being the free stuff LoL
It's so sad that there are people out there who take advantage of others in this way. Not to knock your profession, but it's true that most of these psychics are complete frauds, who are nothing more than someone who read a book on tarot and think they're experienced. I know it's tough but I hope these sort of people don't affect your clientel, and that you succeed
personally i think anyone that works for a so called psychic line is a phony babble-on money hungry dirt grubbin fool,,, but then again tis my opinion... if one has a gift to begin use it as just that, a gift to others.Why make money off the sorry saps that have noone n use these lines, to me tis a misuse of your gift to begin with...... when my intuition n empathic gifts kick in i use it not to make money but to help others to see, to feel, to learn, not to dictate or suggest anything to them on how they oughtta be doing this or that,,, or to make them believe some foolish BS that no one but no one can actually control,,,, n then to take advantage of someones money and weak mind over the phonelines is just totally wrong , immoral and insensitive ,,, but again tis just my opinion ,,, as an afterthought,, folks that think they need a "psychic" just need to be shown how to look within for within a question lies the answer to which we all seek,,, tis just looking at things in a different light or prospective,,,
I understand your frustration here, I actually do low price readings, alot of psychics cost far to much money and it doesn't help people in financial situations. I also advice people who are having readings with me or anyone else to be very specific about what they want to know, unlike having a generally reading where you end up wanting to ask more questions, which will obviously lead to more money.
