Given that what little we know about the mind shows it cant be read like a book. For example you cant say 'he's thinking about Chicken Nuggets because thats the chicken nugget neuron firing'. I doubt thats real, having lokoed at MEG scans a while back we can just about tell when some one is listneing to something.
