    its easy !

im lazy and researched whatever was laying around

i made some profoundly good blackberry wine with this general recipe
35lbs humboldt blackberries (i picked til i was blue)
6 gallons of cold humboldt water
    soak 2 weeks
    pull must
    2 lbs sugar
    pack montrachet yeast
few dehydrated lemons for pectic enzyme
    mojo beads for no reason
8gal carboy for 2 months in a shrine of yummy fermentation blessings
fast and yoga for a day
filter it to bottles on sept. 25
pop a bottle on 4/25 with indiana morel mushrooms and cajun mojo
    chief

pretty easy recipe,, :) its 14.5% and really sultry bordeaux flavors involved..
could fortify it with like 2% port for a super agreeable nature...i love to contrast it with desserts or cheese...

    humboldt yeasts are like wizards
