My mother wants me to cut my hair....ah my hair! I havent cut it for so long,even i dont remember and now i have to cut it?!!!I say NO! But she told me (ah she is evil),that if i dont cut it she wont give me money any more but without money there is no weed,there is no that freaking awsome Jimi Hendrix poster i saw,there is no weed,there are no computers,there is no weed!!!! I dont want to cut my hair damned and i just wont!
that is quite the pickle you have found yourself in!!! id say just give in! it will grow back before you know it!
Go for a trim. A trim is harmless. When you tell the stylist what you want tell her/him JUST a trim. Your ends with thank you for it.

you could always go and try to get a job, earn your own money... babysit or do chores for folks in the neighbourhood, or go to a business (here you can work under 16 if your parents sign a waiver)
just get like a trim... i did that to my mum... she expected to see me after when i got home from uni with a nice hair cut... but all i did was have it layered a bit and all the shit ends snipped off!! haha now i shaved all underneath off... she hasnt noticed... so i dont really see the point. parents smell when they say cut your hair.

it suppose to grow longer if you cut the ends, all mine ever gets is shoulder length...I want it to my butt.
i say get it cut, but dont have em cut it to much. then you still get weed, and before ya know it, your hair grows right back out.
