Hi everyone, i have a friend who was busted recently in school for an extremely small amount of grass (around 1.5 grams) and was suspended for 10 days.... i thought after the 10 day supsension that was the end of that but idk how i forgot about further legal actions. He has a court date coming up and i am not sure how its really going to turn out. He is going to plea guilty (no other choice really) and isnt going to provide his suppliers. My friend is 17 so i am not sure whether or not they will try him as an adult or not, and he lives in Pennsylvania where the possession fines is $500 for an adult. Apparently being sent to CASE (juvenile set-up of sorts) is a potential threat but doesnt seem right for such a small amount, anybody know? Help much much appreciated! Peace & Love -Baker
I'm no expert on the USA legal system but if they sent every kid that got caught with under 2 grams of weed to Juvvy or jail , they would need an area the size of Pennsylvania just to hold them. Probably a fine at the most if he's unlucky. Just tell him not to worry and to be more careful from now on.
Ask your friend. I am sure that he knows what he is facing. His lawer would know what is a common punishment in your area for this.

lol if they caught them all. Dude if hes 17 they will try him as a juvinille and on his 18th b-day the will let him go free with a clean slate and nothing on his recored which means all you kids under eighteen as long as your offence is commited when your under 17or under its clean for life so dig in and fuck up now when you can
yea man my bro got caught when he was 17 he just had to do some community service and pay a fine, a pain in the ass but no juvvy or jail.
