knitting baskets like this: Doesn't have to be in great condition... actually, I'm looking more so for the wood part of it being in decent condition, the bag part I don't care because I want to tear off the old one and make new ones. I've got some excellent material for these... i found my bag like that at a yard sale. The legs on it broke. It seems like they break easily or something. Sorry i couldnt help. good luck finding!
they seem to be a hard find... even ebay's stuff is minimal, and the rare time that I do find a basket like this on a website selling knitting supplies, I'm looking at a price tag of a minimum of $40 US - a bit pricy for me.... oh well, it looks like I'll be hitting the garage sales this summer...
don't have much to swap but sure... I'll surf around some thrift stores too... 'tis garage sale season, it may be my best bet. I want to keep my cost as minimal as possible.
that's a really nice one i found mine at a thrift store for 2.50. hellmart sells them, but not as nice as the one in your pic have you checked on freecycle? seems like the kind of thing that pple might want to get rid of.
