I'm considering an experiment to see if having peice metal stuck in my toungue will help my stutter at all but what Im wondering is how much this hurts to get, becasue as it stands im a total pussy who whines abut every cut and scrape he gets.
well, i whine like a 3 year old girl when i stub my toe. but i take piercings like a champ. everybody has their way of dealing with pain. my advice is to not even think of it as pain. odd, i know. but just dont draw the line between pressure and pain. just think of it as a new sensation. and as long as you have a tallented artist, the ouch part will be completely done, and you can close your mouth with in 45 seconds of it being started. just recognize it as a new sensations, and it will be over before you know it. side note: sounds like a pretty interesting exparament. could you keep me posted please? post the follow up in the thread or pm me or whatever you want, but i would love to hear how it works out for ya . good luck.
getting a tounge piercing is NOT, I REPEAT NOT pianful at all. go to a reputable place and you can hardly feel it.
it will not help ur stuttering, it may make it worse, and it DOES NOT hurt one bit, but depending on u, ur tongue will bleed a tiny bit or u will just drool.
