so after a weekend of eating almost exclusively meat and being surrounded by anger my body feels the need to cleanse and regroup. i think i have to stop eating meat (often) because the indians might be right about it causing alot of anger and dissatisfaction in ones life.. i will begin to make this change...
For whatever the reason you've stopped eating meat, I think it's a healthier lifestyle. I've been a vegan for about 5-6 months and not only have I lost alittle weight, but I'm sleeping and feeling better!
also lost a bunch of weight and felt amazing going vegan...it was so easy too really. i didnt even mean to lose weight and just switched to vegan alternatives and i lost like 15 pounds. im only veggie now but strictly organic on the few animal products i put in my body : ) couldnt in good conscious do otherwise...
