I havent had real good luck with papers, but I I was at this dudes house and he had soem blue berry flavoured papers and they were great. They had little blue berries all over them. I was wonderign if anyone woudl happen to know the name of them? Thanks.
yeah, they're juicy jays. never rolled a joint with one, but i have smoked them....i thought they looked and tasted kinda bad. i've heard people say they don't roll well and the glue is "no good" on them in general....like i said though, i've not rolled with them and everyone likes something different..... personally i'd suggest just smoking a pipe or getting a machine if you can't figure out how to roll a good joint
I can roll it just seems that these papers are a little thicker. My only problem with J's is that I rip the paper alot. I mean I've been rolling blunts for years but J's is another story.
try golden wraps. if you're more comfortable with blunts, then golden wraps would be good for easing you into rolling proper joints. they're made from a paper made from tobacco, rolled out and gummed like joint paper only bigger and flavored....smaller than a blunt, much bigger than a normal joint, and with a heavy paper that reminds me of the inside layer of a phillies blunt or a white owl. not the best tasting, but it rolls more like a joint than a paper, and will probably be a lot easier if tearing is your problem. still a bit thinner than a proper blunt, but hell, you have to learn somehow. these are the perfect middle step. personally, i had the opposite problem. i rolled nice joints for a long time then had the hardest time understanding how the hell someone could roll a blunt....i ruined a LOT of them early on....now i could roll either one interchangably, even though i dont smoke blunts anymore. (way too hard on the throat) golden wraps come in several flavors...the ones i can think of (maybe all, i dunno) are peach, strawberry, chocolate, cognac, coconut, and plain tobacco. there might be one or two others.....most headshops have them. if you dont see them, ask about them.
I've never had a problem with Juicy Jay's gums and back when my friend had a bunch of shake I probably rolled over a hundred joints using just juicy jay's and they always worked. Unless I was reallly baked and forgot to lick em.
they say joint rolling is an art....well im no artist. you can pick up a joint roller for 4$ man, get one. i love me some juicy jays papers and they roll perfect in my roller. the bacon and absynth flavors suck ass though. cnady cane is the SHIT
i used to hate juicy jays papers, i thought the glue was terrible. well, what was really happening is is didn't know how to roll a joint right. now that Ive been rolling for a long time, I Love Juicy Jays! they stick just fine. and some of the flavors are amazing. not to mention the cool little designs on the paper. they usually have white paper with little fruit shapes in a random polka dot formation. but not all their papers are like that, the watermelon ones are red with black seeds allover. actually i have a story about the watermelon papers. i was a a party and i was rolling a joint with the red papers. i finished the joint and twisted up the tip. i started to light the tip, and the kid next to me blew out my lighter. he said "Dude, don't light that fire cracker in here." it was so funny, he thought the joint was a fire cracker. i stuck it in between my lips and lit it and he screamed in shock. at that point i laughed and lost my hit. to make a long story short. juicy jays papers are cool in all ways. i just finished up my raspberry papers last week. my orange are almost done, then ill just be stuck with my cherry.
i dunno, i generally don't like joints unless they're big cone shaped deals in most cases. and i dont really like flavoring unless its a blunt. and quite honestly, whenever i've been handed a joint with stupid little pictures of fruit all over it, i've usually just stared at it for a minute before i could bring myself to hit it.....so besides just adding extra shit to the paper to make it taste funny, they are adding dyes to it to make it look retarded.... but its cool, i like blunts and tobacco papers like golden wraps from time to time so i can't bitch about additives. but still...they've just never appealed to me, and i've not really enjoyed them when i've smoked them. anyway, if you like them, whatever, its cool. personally, i prefer the taste of weed (one of the biggest reasons i prefer using my vaporizor to actually smoking my pot, or else smoking out of pipes....) one thing i WOULD be curious about though would be the absinthe flavor. i would be lead to believe it has an anisette type flavor...? sort of like licorice? that could be good maybe.... bacon? damn, nation of rednecks!
