Grow your own.

I was wondering how hard would it be to grow my own HBWR, will they take in a sub-northern climate (washington dc area)? how long will i have to wait to harvest? thnks.

 

I am pretty sure you need a tropical or sub-tropical climate. I have noticed them in my area but I just can make my self look for their seeds in a public setting.

 

From what i've read it sounds like a pretty hardly, grow anywhere plant.

The only difference might be, less seed pods produced. It can grow anywhere in Australia but it might be too cold where you are.

 

I'm going to give growing woodrose a shot, my parent's won't know what it is anyway.
