    I was wondering how hard would it be to grow my own HBWR, will they take in a sub-northern climate (washington dc area)? how long will i have to wait to harvest? thnks.

    I am pretty sure you need a tropical or sub-tropical climate. I have noticed them in my area but I just can make my self look for their seeds in a public setting.
     
  3. From what i've read it sounds like a pretty hardly, grow anywhere plant.

    The only difference might be, less seed pods produced. It can grow anywhere in Australia but it might be too cold where you are. :(

    I'm going to give growing woodrose a shot, my parent's won't know what it is anyway.
