quiet time

one thing that's great about smoking alone, IMO, is that if i'm just watching a movie or something there's no problem with people talking incessantly ... bugs me when i'm watching a movie (especially if it's a funny movie) and people are talking over it. stuff like that. i don't mind good conversation, but if people are just blabbing and not shutting up, gets on my nerves haha

 

I like smoking by myself sometimes. Its like meditation.

 

yeah man my friend like when theres music playing he will sing along to it and he has the worst voice and i cant help but just screaming at him and he dosent even stop

I am having "quiet time" right now. It's very relaxing. It just feels like this indica is consuming me. I think I'm gonna smoke a bowl of sativa so I have the authority to pull myself loose from this sticky.

I just discovered what indica and sativa mean. It makes so much sense.

I love smoking by myself, for 1 main reason. After i got my new car, I just love to drive. No particular destination, just drive around. Some of my friends dont understand this because it is less fun to ride along than it is to drive. So i really have no problem throwing in a good CD and cruising around for an hour or so.

Have you ever had any of your friends write down EVERYTHING you say while you're stoned. That pisses me right off...

 

i call "quiet time" goin' Lone Ranger. when i go Lone Ranger i get alot more accomplished (homework, reading, whatever). much of the time spent smoking with friends ends up being wasted, especially if they do not have other interests. i get really annoyed when all people do is do drugs and then talk about drugs. in my opinion it is just not a good life.

 

i only have a couple friends i smoke with (middle school sux..everyone thinks pot is evil)..my buddy n i r the best smokin together cuz we get the exact same highs..we jus sit there all chill listenin to music, its pretty sweet

id say i smoke with friends 1 out of 3 times

but yeah 'quiet time' is pretty sweet
i like to put on a funny movie or jus listen to music while burning insence

i love smoking by muself but i hate never smoking with other people. i thrive off the discussion. i need the alone time to think about things, but i just as much need the time to communicate ideas with people and stimulate something productive and meaningful. some people cant handle it, so i just play videogames and listen to music with them lol, and im not a hu fan of doing that all the time, but my good firends are all ones who ive opened up to discussion and doing interesting activities.

also, with good friends, you can have alone time even if youre smoking together.

if the people you smoke with shit you, smoke with other people. if you cant find any other people, then yeh, smoking alone can be the best option

 

I see much truth in this statement.

Smoking with other people is definitely where it's at, but occasionally the high without the hassle is nice.

thats a great thing about good friendship.

 

i definately enjoy smoking by myself because you get greens, and you can smoke at your own pace instead of trying to get fat hits. you know that the whole bowl is yours. but smoking by yourself is only enjoyable if you have shit to do afterwards, like video games, go take a walk, whatever. but smoking with other people is always entertaining.

 

i love smoking by myself. in fact about 99% of the time i smoke by myself. i enjoy the solitude and peace it gives me. i just have some quiet time to sit down and think. if i smoke with other people usually it's one other person and i have to trust them to smoke with them. so right now there have only been 4 different people i've smoked with. one thing that i like doing is smoking with one other friend at night and then going out for a night on the town. haha good times

have been smoking for a few months at night with my gf was living at her house now im back at home and damn itts so good to be alone when high sometimes...

 

i smoke alot alone so 90% of the time i end up listening to music and thinking for hours sitting in my room, so smoking with friend is fun, i try to smoke with someone else once a week, i usly only smoke like once every other day so its not that bad
