I can't smoke weed anymore due to upcoming monthly metabolic tests, so my friends and I are going to a movie this friday and we're going to bring some Phillies strawberry blunts and a pack of Djarum Black cloves. This is going to be my first time smoking Djarum Blacks. What is it like smoking them? Does anybody have any experiences with them they could share? I hear that these cloves pack quite a punch.

I used to work in a cigar shop where we should a variety of clove cigarettes. Djarum has many different "models" but the Blacks are by far my favorite. When I was a smoker, I'd smoke A clove every few weeks. Cloves are a smoking experience unlike anything else. The smoke can be quite choking. I love watching people who jump when the cigarette "pops".
I'm also a lightweight when it comes to cigarettes (about 4 in my lifetime, then quit last year) so this should probably be a great experience with my low tolerance.
eh, don't get super excited. It isn't anything that great. If you really want something that's different throw a nice fat dip of copenhagen snuff in your lip. Or do some real snuff. Nothing beats a line of the brown besides maybe a line of the white.
Djarum Blacks are inconceivably good cigarettes. They burn slow and have an awesome flavor that you'll immediately sense and enjoy. However, in my experience, they are rather expensive ($6.50/pack). In addition, I've heard somewhere along the line that they are 4x as damaging to your body compared to regular cigarettes. In retrospect though, all tobacco, especially cigarettes, are bad for you. With regards to your question about the buzz you'll receive, it will be negligable at best; they're still only cigarettes and will only induce a nicotine buzz.
ah.. Djarums... i cant remember if i've had the blacks before... but i use to smoke Djarum Bali Hai.... cloves taste great.. but yea.. they are hard on the lungs after smoking them for awhile.. they are quite tastey though
I love those! They are my favorite cigarettes. I like Djarum Black the best .... and the cherry ones too, but not many people seem to like the cherry.:/
I have an upcoming metabolic test next week (I don't know what day it is or what drugs they'll be testing for) and I'm planning on smoking the cloves this Friday. My mom wants to know for how long marijuana stays in my system since I stopped smoking and is giving me a metabolic test. If they test for nicotine then should I smoke the cloves Friday or would nicotine show up on the testing?
man. IMO those taste like shit. my friend had a pack recently and they tasted awful. sounds like your mom is pretty harsh. i dont think there are any tests out there for nicotine man unless she goes to the doc and tells them to look for it specifically...maybe not even then. whats got your mom so riled up that she is trippin like this?
Well I initialy needed metabolic testing to test the effects of Abilify (a prescription drug I take) on my metabolism, but now she wants to test for marijuana as well. All she said was that they're going to test for "this and that", which is no clear indicator of what else they're going to test.
