K loves. I want a little birdy. Black and simple. BUTTT I need a good image. So far I've only got a very tiny one: . If you've seen any pictures like this that are bigger, it'd be nice of you to share. Also, and this is just total opinion, but where should dear birdy go? I'm thinking ankle, back, hipbone-area... something like that. Lemme know what you think. Thank you kindly. xo
maybe you should wait till you are a little older to decide whether you want a little black bird on your body
Just a very small point (sorry no pun intended) but I'd stay away from hip bone area if I were you. That's where I had my tattoo done, and the tail of my little lizard ends on the part where my hip bone juts out a bit. Although the tattooing procedure wasn't painful, I did find the vibration of the needle when it reached the hip bone area to be very annoying! Kinda like tickling but when someone won't stop tickling and you've over-reached your threshold. That's the best way to describe it. Hope this helps.
yes, i know i am silly and thoughtless in thrusting myself into permanent bird-ification. but like many silly and thoughtless ones before me, i am willing to face regret for the majority of my life as little birdy sags and fades. but y'only live once, and this is the least dramatic way for my youthful rebellion to manifest itself. though i appreciate your concern. my priorities have always been a tad out of whack. and i have heard that bony parts don't feel so great when being jabbed. i am shying away from the possibility of having that happen. the dilemma is finding a place that won't be visible when i'm chasin' the future grandkids around. something that will have spoilt it's showing-off potential by the time i'm too damn old to be showing things off anyway. i might just recopy birdy myself, i've never been too bad an artiste, humbly speaking. love! xx thoughtless child
I'd get it just a little larger and put it on the hip-bone area. Make sure wherever you go, the tattoo artist will do touch-up work for free, though. I've seen a lot of people get solid black tattoos and they end up being faded in some areas after the healing is finished and the artist wouldn't touch them up for free.
