I recently found out this legal herb can be smoked. Anyone out there ever tried it before? How about Spearmint?
umm, you know you can read experiances on erowid.org, but seriously, i really don't recommend it and i feel that others on this board would agree with me.
Get a couple bucks, buy a bag of weed, and smoke that. Much better experience. Leave the catnip to the cats.

Just playing, catnip will give you a slight buzz for about 2 minutes then a pounding headache for about an hour. go with HeadInTheClouds' advise and just get yourself some weed, man. Lol~ When I was younger and sillier my friend dared me to try smoking some... I got a headache, but I tell ya, the cats were in heaven....
You can also smoke banana peels, you can smoke chalk, you can smoke plastic, you can smoke anything... But it doesn't mean it does a damn thing to you. And it also doesn't mean you should.

I was just curious if anyone here ever tried it. I read about it on Erowid. I just wanted to know if anyone here tried it. I know there are several legal herbs that can get you high (Salvia, wormwood, dagga, etc.) and was shocked to see catnip had the capabilities to get one somewhat buzzed. I actually read about it on MarijuanaAlternatives.com, and then checked out erowid. Anyway, thanks for the replies.
