It is a clever book, and I would recommend it to other's. It is a nice and easy read and is very light hearted. It is about an autistic boy who is 15 and he is trying to solve a murder of a dog on his block.

ya, I thought it was pretty fun, I loved the way he used language both intricately and sparsely, good contrasts.

This book is very well written, and I enjoyed it a lot. The way he thinks is very interesting, and his perception of the world is very different...

I probably would have enjoyed it more if it weren't for the teacher who read it aloud (my school shares the campus with a school for young autistic children and in one of my classes we go and play with them, and in this class, she read it to us). She was more interested in the fact that an autistic person wrote it than the actual story. She raved on it so much, so I was let down.

No, I may be wrong but I don't think so.

No the author was not autistic, and the boy in the story didn't have Asperger's. Asperger's doesn't typically have much to do with math... it has more to do with social interaction and interests.
