Rules of engagement

What kind of retarded bullshit is this? I mean when was the last time two countries were at war, and one side automatically won because the other side was disqualified due to ignoring rules of engagement? The only rule to war seems to be, "Do not lose". I mean if you break the rules of engagement, but win the war, who is going to punish you?

I am not grumpy, I just think that sort of thing is really stupid. I mean, what does announcing a burp in a thread contribute? Nothing. At all. That is the problem with many members. They are more concerned with posting anything than contributing something.

 

you'd think i'd know this by going to a military college because we went over it multiple times.

i guess it helps determining what is 'right' and 'wrong' for individuals and countries during a war.
