I would say Electric shock therapy in the morning ... with a good alcohol buzz in afternoon, and a lifeless body being drug behind a truck by night.

i'm a jack-in-thebox, except the box closes when jack is ready to jump out, and the box is open when jack needs to stay in, so basically jack has no control over his box, it's just one malefic box that runs jack's life, and then it should be called jack-in-the malefic-box...
