This happened in Canada. In addition to running a marijuana cultivation site, the owner was also selling seeds (and, some say, pot) and had a large pot garden.

The cops seized info on pending seed orders.
Can't really say I'm bummed. He was stupid to do illegal stuff whilke running the world's biggest storehouse of marijuana cultivation-related info.
Plus, some say he was a real dick.

 

dick or not, the man had one of the greatest grow sites around.

 

canadas laws say seeds and herb are all the same.
Heavens stairway was selling bud though, and seeds.
The owner of Og had 5 other websites going.
HS CW OG were just three of them.
Lot of speculation- but we are finding out the investgation has been going on since '04.
Some of the speculation indicated Some dumbass redirected a senators website to OG during the 04 elections. Of course this would have been A red flag if so.
Aside from nark emery still free and doing interviews....
It's a mess, and our future is actually in limbo because of it.
If your in the states you better learn breeding 101 fast.
