Seeds in the USA

I noticed that alot of sites on the internet selling pot seeds ship worldwide. Is this legal in the united states? What happens if they get intercepted by the DEA?

 

i thought it was legal because the seeds contained no thc but i dunno what happens abou the dea.

It isn't legal period in the US

It's legal to have them but not germinate in the UK and Canada (I believe so...not positive...but Canada has shops that sell 'em and the UK is where some of the seed websites are located...)

 

Your right in the UK you can posses them but not germinate them. UK is a good place to order seeds from the postmark dosn't look as suspicious as holland.
