has anyone listened to this album?

I bought it quite a while back, and i haven't had the patience nor the time to listen to the entire album, and finaly today, i layed on my bed and listened to both CDs all the way through for the first time. It was...hypnotizing, beautiful, inspirational... i am in total awe. I've always had much respect for them, but after hearing this album, i praise them with all of me. It was simply amazing to see this side of The Grateful Dead, i always knew they had this side but never really had a chance to hear it in this manner. It was just beautiful.

Definitely. I have enjoyed Grayfolded since '96 and have met very few who truly appreciated its beauty...oh well. I like to play it in my computer cd when I'm surfing the internet.

Well...yes and no. It is 25 years and various venues of different Dark Stars reconfigured into separate "songs" uniquely re-engineered by John Oswald. He terms it "plunderphonics"
