mescaline content and dose after peruvian torch extraction?

after doing an acid/base extraction on dried peruvian torch, sources say that about 50% of the crystals at the final stage are mescaline and the other 50% are other alkaloids. so, here is my question, do you dose just for the mescaline or include the other alkoids as well? such, 400mg of crystals would be 200mg mescaline and 200mg other alkaloids, would you need to double this dose to be affective so there would be 400mg mescaline and 400mg alkaloids?
