You sound like an expert: location : at the bottom of the sea..

    well in that case...

I found seaweed in the dark by the sea once that was glowing - my at the time girlfriend was freaking out because I picked it up but I was just wondering if that was something natural or like nucleur..?
anyone know? it was quite a wild beach - no rubbish or anything

Sounds pretty cool. Nuclear sounds rather unlikely... There could be a naturally occuring bioluminescent plant in the ocean...

well, judging from your description, i'd say you encountered the rare psinocibeus collistera, known down here as "stoner's pants". long story behind that one. if you ever come into contact with it again, find a rock roughly the size of your fist, drape the seaweed over the rock, and vigorously scrub your genitals with the two.

    glad i could help.

Yeah we had this stump in our backyard we were trying to get rid of and after we chopped it up, we had a bonfire. We were burning the wood and while we were bringing more over to the fire we realized that there was this weird fungus (sp?) stuff on it that was glowing. It was pretty sweet. I think I put a piece in a zip lock and kept it but I'm not sure.

tHAT sounds pretty sweet. Wish I've seen something like that before. Only glowing nature i've seen is inchworms and fireflies

I'm really not sure what I did with that piece of wood that I kept though. I'm guessing I got freaked out that it was poisonous or something and threw it out haha.
