You can now run Windows XP on Macs, equipped with the Intel Processor. I'm sure that will be a boon to those who want to run non-mac software (the 90% of software you can't now).

You can also now make the switch of operating systems permanent (isn't that what every mac owner wants? LOL!)

It's a wonder the apple/macs have stayed around as long as they have, without some added compatibility. Maybe this will add life to the format.

I hear the software makes the macs run very slow. They're not designed for it.

I've heard the opposite that they run well.
I thought about doing it then stoped and asked"why?"
I went back to doing other things.

Last year they promised me they would not allow a Windows on new Intel-base Macs. Now we have XP on Mac and Tiger on PC. Oops!
