from what i've observed, marijuana take a little while to get to working. cigarettes have a lot of chemicals in them which causes it to work faster and fuck your head up faster. depends overall on how much you smoke. but for the most part, marijuanas better IF you were to smoke one of the two

They aren't referring to the drug use of the plant. but it is potential to produce things cheaply

I've personally never gotten loopy off of tobacco. marijuana is another story.
