i dont smoke too much, but im starting up more since i dont like fucking with pills as much as i usually do, and im getting more money anyways, so a trumpet mouth peice works right? just load it in the big side and take the hit from the small side? it doesnt seem like it holds much without it falling out, and other suggestions, ohh... and where should you hold it since it probably gets pretty hit anyone else ever use that? i dont have enough money for a bowl right now -peace
oh, and is it any worse on your lungs or for your health then like... a glass bowl. once again, i dont know too much, im just starting to smoke -peace
Don't use JUST a mouthpiece, the smoke will be hot as hell and without a filter you'll taste plenty of ash. Not yummy. Get something to extend the pipe (make the small side of the mouthpiece longer) to give the smoke time to cool down. Take a look at some of the things on this forum for an idea... If you're just trying to make a pipe, find something that you can insert the mouthpiece upright (so that the whole thing ends up looking like an L on its side), and maybe get a filter (from convienence stores, wherever, they are all over the place) - though you can probably survive without the filter for a while. It would probably be even easier for you to make a bong - take an old water bottle or 2 liter bottle and stick the mouthpiece in like diagonally. editi had a thing drawn here but it didn't come out right) That's a hell of an ugly drawing, but just google "home made bongs" and you'll find thousands of examples. Stick that mouthpiece in there, put some water in the bottom (covering the bottom of the small end of the mouthpiece but not much higher), stick that weed in the big end of the mouthpiece, light up and suck. thanks man. if i make a water bong, do i have to attatch the mouthpeice to something, or can i just stick the trumpet mouthpeice into the waterbottle. -peace
you'll probably be fine just sticking the mouthpiece through the waterbottle, though it depends on how long it is... i used a pen shaft and it worked fine. another possibility is to make a gravity bong, pretty easy to make and super effective... just check out the other threads. good luck!
just don't let the plastic come into much contact with the flame, but it's really no big deal. however best you can seal everything up and make it comfortable is the key. plastic pen shaft is fine.
you could make a gravity bong too. it would probly get you higher. just get like a big bucket, and a 2 liter pop bottle. cut the very bottom of the 2 liter off (then end which you don't drink from) and unscrew the cap. fill your big bucket or whatever up with water. now then, stick your trumpet mouthpeice in the top of the 2 liter, bowel up, so it's just sitting at the top with the skinny part going down into the bottle. then put the 2 liter in the bucket, bottom down first obviously, and slowly push it down until it almost touches the mouthpeice. then put your weed in the mouthpiece. now the tricky part. take your lighter, and light it right above your weed. while doing that, SLOWLY pull up the 2 liter. air will suck in through your mouthpeice (and the weed) which will pull the lighter flame down. that will burn the weed and pull the smoke in too. pull up the 2 liter until it's ALMOST out of the water. you want the smoke to stay in there. then, once your ready, take the mouthpeice out, stick your mouth on the hold, and push the 2 liter down into the water. the water will force the smoke right into your lungs. happy smoking.
