Has anyone read any of the good doctors books and if so what do you think aboout his theory of cellular realization and the relativity of electricity in the human body. i have gone on quite a few trips focusing around these topics and have made some startaling self realizations.

I read the psychedelic experience a while ago...it was really good, since i hadn't read much like it before...i'm not so familiar with the thing you're talking about however...

his theory of circuits of consciousness is interesting though...

I tried to read some of his stuff but had to put it down as incomprehensible. Some friends and respected heads advise against taking it seriously and attribute much of the weirdness that has been associated with psychedelics to him. if you want an alternative explanation to the psychedelic experience, you might want to read Millbrook-the early history of the psychedelic revolution by Art Kleps. It's on the internet

mmm... That poor bright shining star.

What great ideas came out of his brain.... and yet their application to the psyche of the masses was the product of mass social experimentation at the hands of unminded puppetteers.

Acid is not a religion. It's an experimentation. Don't ever forget that.

acid is a tool of introspect; what you determine from it is an ultimately subjective perspective, that may seem very true in your mind...but it also shows a much larger picture of how things are interconnected, and makes you question coincidences.

here's an interesting report in The Psychedelic Review, Leary's assessment of DMT: http://deoxy.org/h_leary.htm
