Apparently, it's illegal to be stoned in public here o_0 Or it's just my age... But a couple of cops came to us (me and my friends) the other day, and we were stoned as fuck. They started talking to us really quickly (how mean!) about some random stuff I can't remember, and all we did was trying to act sober... They burst out laughing! We're lucky they didn't take us to the police station or asked us to show our IDs!
well if they diddnt arrest you then obviously its not illegal. if it was, you have your ass in court.
The police do say it's illegal though! Just like.. with being drunk: you are allowed to drink, but being drunk in public's apparently illegal! Oh well, if it'd be really that strict, they probably would've taken us to the police station...
I just looked it up, and apparently, smoking hashish or pot could get you in prison for a year It's just not strict I suppose. Else a lot of people would've been in prison by now o_0 They could just get rid of that "rule", it's pointless!
