So I've got 12 hits of bloter, and I droped 3 with this girl I work with, she took 2, and this other dude from work took 2..... now I've tripped on LSD many times, and was looking forward to a mellow day. The girl said she had done it before, but not for a long time, and the dude seemed real nervus, asking all kinds of questions, etc. but he said he's done it too......

So we drop em, and decide to go to the flea market. When we get there, we've all got a nice body buzz, but no visuals.... so we decide to go for a drive, and I drop another hit... we end up in Old Town, which is real quite, and not a bad place to trip..... then we go to dudes apartment, which is real small, and i smoke a bowl of hash with him..... then things get crazy....

I start to get all kinds of visuals and tracers, and a huge body buzz, and the girl is just chilling on the couch, reading a comic book, and dude starts to lose it....
He confesses that he's never done acid before, and keeps saying.."Can I Ask You Guys A Question...And I'm Sorry if I'm Asking A Lot ......" but thats it, he never asks his question.... everytime he just stops in the middle of his sentence......
Well by now our vibrations are all fucked up, and the chick is just trying to ignore everything, and dudes shaking and pacing and falling down, just flipping out, feelings and emotions and things where in the air, just not spoken, I'm sure those of you who are experienced LSD users know what I mean,... now I was in a bad position, cause i was completly twisted and trying to talk dude down..... I just wanted to relax, but dude wouldnt let me... He's sweating, and almost sobing etc... well he had Dark Side by Floyd on record, so I put that on to kind of mellow everyone out...... I fall asleep...... I wake up and dudes gone and the girl and I are in his apartment.... she says she didnt even relise he was gone, so we leave.... and go back to her place and discuss the events of the day....

It was all pretty nice, untill we went to dudes house, and our vibrations got all fucked up.... very claustrophobic situation..... any way, no word on the guy, I guess I'll find out at work Wendsday.......

i used to like tripping at night, and tried to avoid going out into public places; tripping around crowds is a bad scene to me, unless it's at a party (formerly known as "raves")

 

WOW, that guy definetley wasn't ready for acid huh? I've never turned into a complete mess like that, but I've witnessed it. I think you handled it as well as you could have, and I hope he was alright after he left the safety of his apartment. I hope you still had an O.K time tho...maybe next time will go better.

Tell us what has happened to him when you find out. This can happen to almost anybody on a first trip. Sounds to me like you had some pretty strong blotter if only 2 hits made him behave like that.

The main problem was that he was mentally unprepared, which goes along with his lack of experience. An LSD experience is what you make of it; if you focus on negative thoughts, LSD will intensify your bad feelings. If you focus on the positive and keep focusing on maintaining control, you will likely be fine.

 

I had to deal with people who freak out. it's not fun at all. I had a girl freaking out before. she was screaming all kinds of crazyness. While I was driving she was grabbing my boobs and shit. I had to have someone hold her down. I ended up turning her over to her parents because we had nowhere to take her where she can scream and throw her body around. I never saw anyone jump as high as this chick. I thought I had to strap her down. I hate babysitting!

 

Was that her first time takin cidney? Or just took too much?

I agree with you, and wish he would have told me before hand it was his first time....... but I think the Hash was what put him over the edge. I was on 3 hits, and he on 2 ..... the hash really kicked in the visuals, and thats around the time he lost it, which is to bad cause he really ruined the girl and my trip.....and when your in that state of mind, you really don't want to have to fuck around with other people.....

Any way, My uncle and I are going up to the Mountains to drop the last 8 hits, do some fishing and just relax..... it should be a good time...cause I know he wont flip out or anything.....

vegetable: that shit must have sucked dude i remember this one time a kid tripping with us thought he was god and would not stfu about him being god and just rambling incoherently ... it was freaking everyone out, I was a little bit freaked too... what you gotta try to do in situations like that is take everyone else's mind off the guy wigging at the same time try to chill the wigging dude out... too much to handle really while tripping, it sucks.

thats the thing trying to get control is the bad trip when you are tsrating to lose it, for some. When its completely impossible its just a fight that will end when it will end. or You could hang up or you keep fightin...

I once tripped with a kid who got all fucked up and kept saying wait "i dont understand, no nevermind i do understand!, whoooa actually i dont. and I feel ashamed right now". and this went on for a long ass time. For some reason i found myself laughing at him uncontrolably i felt bad but i couldent stop. He was so fucking confused i dont even think he realized i was laughing at him though.

 

Yeah, that was what my intentions where with the Dark Side of the Moon, hopeing it would mellow him out, but it didn't, cause he disapeared, and the soothing Floyd put me in such a relaxed state, that I feel asleep.......

Any way, I'm going into work in about an hour, so I'll let everyone know what happened to dude......

 

I'm sure I was sleeping, cause I don't remember dude leaving, but I could still here The Dark Side of the Moon....... I don't really know man, I was gone......
