have you ever taken hormonal birth control? If so, expect the same sort of experience. If not, read the package insert and patient info sheets (not just the drugstore print out). If they don't give you the info sheets, ask for them. Read them. If you don't understand what you are reading, talk to your doctor about the specifics. Don't let him blow off any concerns you might have about the possible side effects, because those side effects are very real for the women who experience them!! You could be one of us who has a very bad reaction to those sorts of hormones, be prepared. Know what the risks are, and know how to recognize them. If you encounter bad side effects, stop taking the medication ASAP!
i loved it..it took a while for it to stop getting stuck to things. found my butt was the best location for it..but i have heard really bad things about it of late...some docs will not even perscribe it any longer. so i got taken off and am going back on the pill *crosses fingers that i remember*
I have read some coverage about bad health problems related to it. I had been on it for a few months and the concept is great (one patch a week) but it always got stuck to my clothes and left the Band-aid ring around it. I did not like it. Once it rips off, it is hard to keep it on and the corners start to come off, etc. I would not suggest it, but that is just me.
