The one titled "America" was my first ever cartoon BTW (As you can tell from the stick figure body...which was soon replaced by the ever-so-detailed peanut shaped body) And then I later discovered eyelashes help create expressions well If you wish to see anymore, I have TONS...I make them during school...I've filled 2 notebooks...so just ask haha
thank god you're doing something useful in school. I thought my tax dollars were being wasted on useless teachers. At least i got a laught out of it. Those were honestly funny. Keep a drawing 'em and I'll keep a reading 'em
Ironically I have a 4.8 GPA, and take AP courses haha Just, school bores me. So basically, your tax dollars (and mine and everyone's) ARE being wasted on useless teachers. Let my chemistry teacher who lost my lab today causing my grade to go from an A to a B...and she's convinced I didn't turn it in...I'll just have to give her cancer now And now a cartoon I drew about her: When she talks, her voice will change midsentence to really really deep, like Isac Hayes deep...and also when she gets angry.
I'm rolling all over my floor right now. Damn, those cartoons are fucking hillarious!!!! I realy dig your way of humour. When I read the first one about adoption I almost fell down from my chair. Keep them coming!
***cries a tear and sniffles a bit*** look at that young fella ***wipes a tear*** America is gonna be all right, ***coughs away his sobs*** America is gonna be all right after all.
You sir, are a genius. I love your cartoons. Simply drawn but it works for you. Way to go, you have a new fan. EDIT: looks like you're drawing the bubble then writing the words. You might want to write the words first, then draw the bubble, so you don't have to squeeze it in.
I must continue to draw the bubble first...because I have built a reputation on having the same shaped bubbles...if I write thr words first, my bubbles come out differently I have hundreds more of those, one day when I become less lazy, I'll scan some more in. Note: My cartoons are going to be in the yearbook next year haha...I already made ones based on a few of the yearbook topics (parties, myspace, seniors, a whole list of shit that I went threw and just drew random comics and cartoons) Hooray!
haha, I'm glad you all reacted so well, it makes me optimistic for my new project I plan on making a website (I may have even said this in this thread...but who cares, too lazy to go back up and read) with all of them and making shirts with some of the cartoons on it, because I don't feel like getting a new job and all I really need is gas money (I have money for insurance and other bills saved up for the next 3 years haha...I just need gas and spending cash) haha So basically, selling used golf balls on ebay + website = hopefully 20 bucks a week haha And I'll also mock myself for selling out of course
No offense dude, but there's nothing special about those bubbles. Here's a thought though; draw the bubble very lightly, write the words in very lightly, and if it doesn't fit you can erase it and make it fit better. Then darken the lines to normal darkness. Anyways, I'm sure I'm not the only one who'd like you to post more
