kinda geeked about it,, so,, has anyone had one of these before? an how was it? an what will i be like after a hour? will i be able to drive home? i have no clue.. thanks fer yer replies.. luv n lite.. P.S. yes it has to do with my back,, last step before i give in..
drink lots of water. That will help get all the impurities out of your body. The massage will feel really good- and addicting! But the next day you might feel sore. Last time I had one I felt like someone beat the crap out of me.But they always make me feel so much better. I always get really bad muscle spasms in my neck and it wacks out my neck, shoulders, and back. Massages are really the only thing that help. I hope you enjoy yours and that it helps!!
Agreed cept that's a tad understated for my Body. Frequently I look to see if I'm bruised...... especially if it's been awhile since my last massage... *ouch* It really does work better if you drink water laying off everything else liquid for at least a day.
It should not be a painful hurt no matter how deep it is. A hurt so good is fine, but painful not good. Tell the therapist to slowdown or lighten up.
ok, hh, where are you???? have you made it home from that massage yet or are you still a puddle of mush beneath the table? seriously though, i hope that sore back of yours is much better now friend....
well my back is somewhat relieved. its gonna be a while before its 100% i feel.. the therapist found the pinched nerve,, she also found a disk thats still outta wack.. she worked on mefor like 45 minutes,, the highlight bein when she pulled my shoulder blade up as far as she could without yanking it outta socket an prodded the pinched nerve i have.. yeah lucky me huh,,whatta place for a pinched nerve.. gotta go back tuesday,,an im sure that wont be the last.. an yes it was a somewhat painfull experiance..
look into an inversion table or build an inversion board for yourself. takes all the pressure off the disks.
