okay, I've only done pot (a loooot) and opium a few times, and I tried acid once but I didn't trip b/c I didn't take enough/got ripped off. Anyways, I'm FINALLY hanging out with my friend who lives about a half hour away b/c hes getting his license, and this saturday we're going to see ratdog in boston so I'm gonna buy acid and shrooms from him (hes like my only connection). I plan on taking the acid once i get home or on sunday. here's my question: would it be stupid to try shrooms at a concert??? I'm going to take half an 1/8. A few of my friends said go for it but I'm not completely sure if I should.
An 1/8 isn't too much, and as long as he's able to help you if you freak out, you'll be fine. Ratdog is a great group, and a place like that should have a really nice loving unified group consciouness (since it's as close to a Dead show as you're gonna get). Well, good luck, and have a nice trip!

I'd rather take the acid at a concert. My experience with shrooms is that they are unpredictable, sometimes you react different and you trip so hard you dont really understand your surroundings. Happened to me yesterday with 2.5gs On acid though, my minds crystal clear.
It depends like how you are in crowds in such. Like me, personally, I wouldn't do it at a concert because my body freaks out in crowds and sometimes I pass out, so being on acid or shrooms probably wouldn't be a good idea for me. But I do think that you should know how you react to acid before you do it somewhere with a lot of people.
it depends on who you are. One of my friend ate shrooms at a concert and was really unconfortable for the strongest part. I wouldnt try it, but half an eight id be ok I guess.
Well, it depends on what type of shrooms you get. I've had some where .half of an eigth was stronger than a 1/4 of some other strain... And seeing as that you are doing these for the first time, i'm gonna say be cautious and wait a while, a crowded social setting with security isn't a good place to be doing your first hallucinogen. That's just my opinion though...
