Take two teaspoons plain yogurt, a teaspoon sea salt and a teaspoon ground oatmeal.. mix it together with a fork. massage gently on face until cheeks get rosy and then leave on for five minutes. remove with cold water.

it makes your face very soft and evens out your complexion. i love it.

ooh i'm going to have to try that!
i love any sort of make-your-own stuff like that...making soaps, lotions, and cleansers never seems to get old, and i'm always looking for new recipes. unfortunately, i think i enjoy the making of the product more than actually using it!

haha i agree.... ive been buying some books with different recipes- with everything from shampoo, conditioner, astringents, bug spray, eye cream, moisturizers, masks, scrubs, yah... all kinds of stuff- its fun. :D

ive also been buying a lot of different carrier oils, escentual oils, and other ingrediants.

if there is a certain type of recipe you want and cant find let me know and i might find it in one of my books. :)
