Isn't it awesome?!?! I have the soundtrack, which I've been listening to constantly for about three months now. My favorite song is "I'll Cover You".
I haven't seen it, but it's ALL I hear about at my boyfriend's house as of late, because his sister is dangerously obsessed with that movie/play. She actually got to catch the theatrical play, on tour, just last week, and before hand, even got to do a Q & A with the cast for a drama class she's in. She was really psyched/stoked. I feel happy for her, but I'm getting SO tired of hearing about this damn movie, and hearing the soundtrack eeeeverytime I'm over there lol. but, haven't gotten around to watching it yet. Of course, she claims I'd *LOVE* it
my favorite Broadway show! though i haven't seen the movie-i want to...best song is La Vie Boheme-reminds me a lot of my friends and my life.
i really liked the movie... my brother has seen is multiple times live too and it is by far his favorite musical
Lucky her! I'm so jealous! That movie is amazing. I'm pretty obsessed with it. I listen to the soundtrack all the time. I have to see the play!
Yeah man, she was SO ecstatic. And her mom, aka also my boyfriend's mom lol, was telling me how, after the show, one of the characters remembered her from the Q&A and actually ran up to her going "OH hi Kristine!!!" [her mom went to see the theatrical performance with her, if I didn't mention that] Pretty cool stuff. She's so cute too, she was just smiling from ear to ear after her whole experience
La Boheme plus AIDS. Amongst the worst musicals ever. Unispired, soap opera melodramatic, and boring. I haven't seen the movie, and I never will.
as soon as i finished watching the movie i went and downloaded all of the songs. i *love* la vie boheme! that is like my anthem. i have been listening to the songs so much.
