Decapitated head

So, I was watching the news today and found out they found a decapitated head in a dumpster locally. Is it horrible that I find that awesomely cool? I mean, how often would you expect that? It's definitely interesting. Too bad the story was so short (blah blah blah, investigating the dump to locate a body). I'm looking forward to seeing how this plays out. You don't normally hear of beheadings around here...

true. We are totally desensitized to this stuff nowadays. If this was in my neighborhood I would be freaking out, but I assume that the decapitator knew the victim (maybe) and I figure I am safe as most people I know don't have a limp and bulgy eyes.... and people like this I dont go drinking with. Certainly I like to hear these stories too, it is intriguing. I watch American Justice with my 7 year old!

If something like that happened where I lived, I'd probably be freaking out because I live in a small town and stuff like that NEVER happens.

it could also be that we're so used to seeing shit like that on the news nowadays what with Iraq and terrorism and all that. like what went down in London what shocking, but after 9-11, it was as big of a shock. Do you know what I mean?

 

we are not talking about the human race here ...but someone who posts on a forum to talk about this awesomely cool event that happened in her town...and is excited to be able to follow ths great event ....as if it was make believe.....its not a movie, its real life ......and as for people not wanting to hear about events that take place like this does not mean they are not affected by it....or that they accept them...

 

unless it is a serial killer who looks normal and who just happen to pick a random victim.....

 

I think it's pretty damn cool too.

 

I just don't think its that abnormal for a person to be ethier indifferent or excited, when people used to be hung whole families used to make it their sunday afternoon outing, when peoples houses are on fire, most people will go along, not to give support but to stand and watch the house burn down.

That person was someone's mom or dad, brother or sister, daughter or son. What if it was your family member that was decapitated? Not so awesomely cool, now, is it?

Some people are just really insensitive.

 

How awesomely cool would it be if it was your mom's head, shame people can't empathize anymore. Was it awesomely cool when my sisters friend was raped and murdered, and lost in a field for 7 years before her skelton was found? Not to me.

The only time I can remember that happening here was when Mr. Gay Ohio cut the head off of a tranny with a sword a few years back, no joke.
