ipod help!

    hi...im sorry dunno if this realy fits into this forum, couldnt figure out where to post this one..

    so...umm..i just got a 5th generation ipod...and im having trouble uploading videos/photos on to it...what format should they be? and how do i convert formats on itunes[ i got itune6,,with my installation cd]? im using windows..
    am damn confused...please help me:&

    wat format is required for uploading videos onto an ipod?

    i use the Jodix Free iPod Video Converter convert videos to the ipod video i find ok
