'ugly' is the opposite of when humans LOOK 'good'.

'Ugly' is a term to express what you find ugly.Like 'elephant man' is famous cos he's ugly but we don't cast him out because of it.I thought this was all bollocks til one day I sang on the piano for a day care centre and yeah they all LOOKED unusual - weird heads,outsized limbs,brain defficiencies - apparently - but I wouldn't know as I'm not 'normal' anyway.'Fit blondes' are fuckin great - I visualised one once after I split up with a quite precious girl and lo and behold that opputunity came along - in pure sex,no strings attached.But I still had deeper relationships with the people in the day care centre and cos we spoke not in usual run of mill life terms - their individual observations/lperceptions social skills I found more beautiful than probly anyone I ever worked with in the rat race..
Theres alot of shit we miss out being sane..

In order to answer the question in the correct context, do you mean "ugly people" as in diversity (ugly/beautiful, black/white, tall/short) or as in adversity (a state of hardship or misfortune)? You obviously prefer blondes, but other people might be more attracted to short, chunky, brunettes. It would be a pretty dull world if we all looked the same and liked the same things. If, however, you are asking why a benevolent god would allow disfigurement, pain, and suffering, it really comes down to "You can't have the good without the bad." If everything was "good", how would you know?

 

Culture determines what is ugly, and some people do not follow culture and society fully. There is beauty in peoples opinion, peoples choices, peoples lives and the courage they have. Ugly is only a term used to support your own ego and your own self-consciousness. Like they say, one man's trash is another mans treasure.

 

Haven't you every noticed that the people that don't believe in elvolution look the least evolved.
