Brown weed...?

My friend just gave me a little more than a quarter of weed as a gift. He's an honest kid and I know that he'd never try to doop me. But this weed.. is strange-looking. It's DARK brown and sort of twiggy, and smells VERY strong and sweet, sweeter than any weed I've ever smelled. Has anybody ever heard of weed like this? I just want to figure out whether or not I was just given treated tobacco instead of weed... I can't smoke it right now, or anytime soon, so that's why I ask.

i had some very brown and sweet smelling weed. i wasn't sure what the deal was with it and i thought i got jipped but it was seriously some of the best weed i've ever had.

the smell of it was fuckin heavenly though

20 per 1/4 damn, you're lucky. i get mine for free, but the rates around here if you pay are pretty damn expensive. i wouldn't want to not be good friends with my dealer
