I don't care where you ask - my answer will be the same - yahs.But I prefer to go outside in the middle of the forest - oh but you have to be careful round here - its a small country but I can often be found tackle out on a sunny day - when you have a breeze you can synchronise your breathing with the wind - there are far more rhythms to follow.I don't really go in for the ambient music thing - nature has the best music.But yeah - sometimes I'd stay there for at the most 3 days - just taking time out to perform all functions in the most natural way possible and actually put your flesh next to the earth itself as opposed to the floor boards. was the "Duh" neccesary? i dunno sounded kind of rude, and you could of done with out it. but that was good advice.
