i got a primetime cigarillo, took out the filter with tweezers, took out all the tobacco. so now i had just the skin. i put a filter ( i rolled up a piece of cuecard but it was thick paper) and i filled the rest with weed. i then twisted the tip. when i lit it it woulg pop once and a while and it burned ridiculously fast. i mean, the whole thing burned in about 20-30 seconds. whats wrong?

Dont use cigarillo paper, go buy some blunt wraps from a gas station or something.

use a blunt wrap or get a white owl/philly and gut it. then roll it up and enjoy.

If it pops/burn unevenly, it's a sign that you forgot to take all the stems/seeds out and grind it up finely.

8 papers? That would be really hard to stick them all together just right so it holds unless you got spliff papers (gummed on 3 sides). But i reccomend stop being stupid and just buy a blunt wrap? What is so hard about that?
