No. My orgasms consist of several small ones that tend to build until I have one big one. I never hold off, because with me anyway, if I lose the feeling, it seems like it is impossible to get it back. Each builds on the previous.

Well, if I'm masturbating I definitely hold back. I like to fantasize and luxuriate in the feeling I'm having, and concentrate on the fantasy I'm having. Sometimes I'll wait for the guy in my fantasy to start to come, and when I start to see the semen (in my mind, of course) begin to flow out of the head of his dick, I'll bring myself over the edge and make my orgasm start. If I'm masturbating, the feeling needs to build up to the right point where I have a really good orgasm; sometimes I'll feel the 'rise' going up to where the orgasm is not far from starting, and I'll stop rubbing for a few seconds, then start again. If I come too quickly, sometimes there's kind of a 'missed' feeling-the orgasm isn't that good. If I'm real horny and don't have much time, I'll just pull my pants down around my knees and rub my clit real fast and real hard so that I can come as quickly as possible (less than one minute) but that's kind of a different situation. If I'm being fucked or licked, there's no need no hold back because the orgasm is spontaneous and happens at "just the right time".
Oh absolutely I've held back. Why?
