I miss the snow

does anyone else miss the winter like i do?

beyond belief and I don't know when I'll see it again. As much as I enjoy the white sand beaches here in FL - I do miss being in Vermont for the winter. my soul aches to be gliding through 2 feet of freshies down Hell Brook at Stowe.

 

you're all crazy. think u like winter? come to canada and freeze your ass off in january. maybe its because i only wear a tshirt under my coat

 

coldest I ever experienced in Vermont was -32 F. I miss the snow, not the cold.

 

it hits -20's here in the adirondacks,

and do i miss it...hell no, but it means work for me at the local ski resort.

i was wishing for snow a week ago when it reached the 30s for a few days in a row...

I miss it so much! I love winter. But the only thing I don't like about living on the coast is the fact that it doesn't ever snow here

 

I miss it!!!!!! I love winter the bestest!! Snow is dazzlingly beautiful and I love to ski & snowboard.

 

I've never snowboarded, but I love love love skiing and I have really been dreaming about going skiing lately. I can't wait. I think this year I am going to buy a season pass to Mt Shasta so that I can go all the time.

 

Snowboarding is pretty fun, I love skiing too though, nordic and downhill (mostly nordic). When I move to CO I'm sure I'll get a season pass somewhere.

 

I've never actually gone downhill skiing because I am terrified of ski lifts. I'm really not sure why. But downhill doesn't appeal to me so much anyway. I love Nordic because I can just ski around and take in the scenery.

 

Yeah, it is so relaxing. But I also love racing and getting a workout. Sigh....now I'm getting excited for winter!

I haven't been in the snow in 8 years... and I Was born during a -20 degree snow storm... I miss it so much...

 

i wish it was hot and there would be snow on the ground...cuz i like puting my feet in it...but i like when its hot...

so for now i guess ill just stick my feet in a ICEE machine

 

It was the best thing ever several months ago when I went to Mt Shasta to ski. There was so much snow on the ground but it was about 85 F outside. It was so fun to ski in shorts

I never have the time to miss it since it's winter almost all the time. Blahhh.

I do miss snowboarding tho, but I'm not gonna complain since in the wintertime I miss swimming in the sea...
