    Finished my long run today and just felt like keeping going. Did stop (don't want any injuries) but I think i'm gonna tag on about 20% to my weekly distance.

    I don't like running. But if you can do more, then do it.

    Nah. You shouldn't increase your mileage by more than 10% a week or you're risking overuse injuries.

    hard to be patient sometimes though.

    About 30 miles a week, for the last couple weeks.
